Ad Badger plays a crucial role in optimizing your advertising campaigns, and we know accurate data synchronization is essential for successful campaign management. Occasionally, you may encounter an "Incomplete Sync" message, indicating that certain data may not have fully synced. To ensure your campaigns are performing at their best, you can manually process a sync. In this help document, we will walk you through the simple steps to resolve the "Incomplete Sync" issue and ensure your campaigns are running smoothly with the most current data. Let's dive in!

First you'll choose the Marketplace from the dropdown menu and locate the sync button:

This will lead you to the sync page. You have 3 options; Sync Campaigns, Sync 30 Day Reports, and Sync Fresh Reports. Either of this options will push the data through. 

And that's it. The system will prompt Amazon to import the data. 

Please note that depending on size of the campaign, sync can take 7 mins to one hour to complete. During that time the Sync button will be disabled. It will reenable once done. You will also receive a notification once it has been completed. Amazon sync can be on a 15 hour delay, so please be aware that you will not have up to the minute data. Reports are normally updated every night on Pacific Standard Time. 

Remember, the "Incomplete Sync" message may appear from time to time, but with Ad Badger's user-friendly interface, manually completing the sync process is as easy as pressing a button.
