Great question! We love when our users bring us a challenge. 

Amazon can change their protocol without notifying their 3rd party developers at any time. Ad Badger is quick to respond to these changes. We are in constant contact with our Amazon representatives and we're constantly testing ourselves. To the best of our knowledge, if a customer changes their Amazon account password it does not impact their connection to Ad Badger. 

But please keep in mind, periodically, Amazon does require reconnection to third party tools.
