When you log onto Ad Badger, you'll see a Sync Prompt. This tells you how 'up to date' your data is.
Want to pull in data from the past 72 hours?
By default, Ad Badger does not pull in data from the past 72 hours. This is due to Amazon's own order-delay in their Advertising API.
However, you might want to pull in new campaigns, or new data during important times like Prime Day. This is why we built the Sync Dashboard. To find the sync dashboard, hit the dropdown for your marketplace in the top right, and then click the button in the marketplace list.
Doing so will bring up your sync dashboard, where you can perform the following actions:
- Sync Campaigns: This brings in any new campaigns (like the one you created in the past 72 hours)
- Sync Reports: This refreshes any old data in the app
- Sync Fresh Reports: This brings in any new data from the past 72 hours!
Syncing can take between 5 minutes and 25 minutes depending on the size of your account, and how much data you're bringing in.
