1) Your account name, marketplace, campaign, and keyword
2) A thorough description of the specific problems you're encountering or the issue you are encountering in your account. Don't hold back! Share all the nitty-gritty details, just like a Badger fearlessly dives into the heart of the matter. The more information you provide, the better we can understand and troubleshoot the issue.
3) Please record a little video and show us:
- Different timeframes of the ‘search term spend by order amount’, mouseover each thing and show us if there are any numbers
- mouse over the different buckets (0 orders, 1 orders, etc…) to see if there is any data or the’re just really small
- click on the ad manager view all search terms to see if the data is the same (i.e. see if you can find search terms with 1 orders and it matches with the same time frame etc....
4) We want to avoid retracing our steps, so let us know if you've already tried any tricks or workarounds. This will help us focus our efforts on new solutions.
Once we have this information we can send it over to our tech team and they can get to work correcting the issue.
