Does Ad Badger have a free trial?

No, Ad Badger does not have a free trial. We offer a 60-day opt-out period, though; please read below.

Does Ad Badger have a money-back guarantee?

Due to the high level of custom collaboration and support provided with our software, Ad Badger does not offer a money-back guarantee. We stand by our work.

Does Ad Badger offer an Opt-out on the software?

As of January 25th, 2021, all new software plans of six or 12 months are able to opt-out. You will receive a refund of the unused months back to the original method of payment.

Please read our refund policy below.

What is Ad Badger's refund policy?

Customers of six-month or annual plans who choose to cancel or opt out are eligible to request a refund for the unused months upon cancellation.

Please note: our agreement length is either 6 months or 12 months, with a 60-day “Love it or Leave it” opt-out period, where you can end the agreement and receive a refund for the remaining 4 or 10 months. Once the opt-out period has passed, you have agreed to continue with our software for the full subscription.

All customers must have a minimum 60-day paid usage period before canceling and have an offboarding call with our PPC Success Manager before opting out. It’s our mission to create the best Amazon PPC tool out there. When we fall short, we want to learn how we can improve our experience. We will always honor your opt-out period.

Because of the mandatory 60-day usage period rule, 12-month plans are eligible for a refund of 10 unused months, and 6-month plans are eligible for a refund of 4 unused months.

All refunds for unused periods will go back to the original payment method.

Please note: The months effectively used in the subscription are charged at the monthly price and not the discounted annual price. We also subtract a processing fee imposed by our billing platform.

To activate, contact customer support.

Why was I charged again?

All of our plans are subscription-based. Unless you cancel your account subscription, you will be charged again, depending on your selected subscription type.

What is Ad Badger's Monthly Ad Spend Overage Fee?

There may be occasions when your monthly ad spend exceeds regular levels. The more ad spend an account has, the harder The Badger works. As a result, there is a fee for excess ad spend.

We provide a buffer zone where you do not need to pay more if you are less than 10% over your ad spend.

Ad Badger checks each account's ad spend for the preceding month at the beginning of each month. If the account's ad spend exceeds its tier limit by more than 10%, a one-time payment per month is added automatically. You will be charged an overage fee each month you are over 10% of your ad spend limit. The overage fee will be equal to the difference in monthly costs of the plan you are spending in and the plan you are subscribed to, plus a premium.

Note** You can review your ad spend for the period under the Billing Overview section of your Settings inside the Ad Badger App. If you want to upgrade your Ad Spend Tier, please contact us at thebadger@adbadger.com.

Ad Spend Overage Fee Examples:

  • Basic Badger Tier Paid Annually | Ad Spend Limit of $25k/mo
