Ad Badger uses the Amazon Advertising Marketplace API to pull in data about your Amazon PPC campaigns.
For security purposes, only one Ad Badger user can connect to a single Amazon Advertising Marketplace API at a time.
If another user previously connected to the same API, we do not allow multiple Ad Badger connections to avoid any unauthorized access.
If you receive an error message, or one stating that another user is still connected to your Amazon Advertising Marketplace API, it means that you need to verify ownership to switch the connection to your account.
Please contact Ad Badger support at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our chat, and our support team will assist you with the ownership verification process.
Next, after verifying ownership, we will manually switch the connection to your account. Once the connection is established, you will be able to see all your Amazon PPC campaign data on your Ad Badger account.
Note: It is important to maintain the security of your Amazon Advertising Marketplace API. If you have any doubts about your API access, you can check your Amazon account and revoke API access for any unauthorized users.
