If an individual with marketplace access can log into the Ad Console and provide us with the entity Id from the URL, our Dev team will perform a database lookup to determine its existence. There's a possibility it might be listed under an incorrect name or associated with a different Amazon Account.
Should our Dev Team be unable to locate the specified entityID in our database, it indicates that the store is not present in any linked Advertising Accounts, and you may need to contact Amazon.
