If your additional user upgrade isn't showing on the Account Access tab, it may be due to the way upgrades are processed. To resolve this, please consider adjusting your pending invites:

  • Delete some of the pending invites to make room for the new user.
  • Invite the new person with the single add-on they purchased today.
